"Very clean villa with planted garden, patio, gas BBQ and very well appointed large kitchen with big table to sit around. Walking distance to an excellent Carrefour supermarket and local shops. There is access to a community pool with key fob provided by the hosts. The pool is 5-10 mins walk. It is a 5 - 10 minute drive to the centre of historic Valbonne with excellent restaurants, traditional shops. Biot in the other directions has lovely squares and market."

"You need to hold a large deposit on your credit card for the Villa when you arrive and separately pay the holiday tax (not included in the booking). Ensure you do a reservation rather than a debit for the deposit. The pool can have lots of children in it. Unpredictable times when the pool will be quiet."
